Pub General Manager – Bend

Fall-Time

The Pub General Manager  (PUB-GM) is responsible for the overall performance of the Pub and development of direct reports to achieve sales and financial goals. The GM will lead the management team to provide an outstanding customer experience – on brand and on budget, while delivering the optimal implementation of the Pub strategic plan. The responsibilities include delivering exceptional and knowledgeable guest service, all aspects of profits and loss, hiring and training of both management and hourly teams, daily execution of safety/sanitation, and high quality food preparation. The GM will also identify repetitive processes that should be streamlined and standardized in order to improve our efficient delivery of a superior customer experience at Crux. While the GM reports to the F&B Manager, they are accountable to senior staff for reporting metrics, forecasting business, and project management. It is essential that the GM form working relationships with all Crux employees, as such strong team relationships will be essential to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the Pub.  The GM is the face of the pub, and as such should always set a positive example.
