    baby iceberg lettuce, butter poached Dungeness crab, heirloom tomatoes, shaved red onion, grilled asparagus, hard cooked eggs, fresh tarragon, creamy chile dressing.

    Crux pretzel twist topped with country ham, poached eggs, baby arugula, and beer cheese hollandaise sauce. Served with breakfast potatoes.
  • Monte Cristo
    uncured smoked country ham, swiss cheese, strawberry-balsamic pepper jam, dredged in 2 eggs and served with Crux breakfast potatoes.
  • Wild Mary
    bloody mary made with Wild Roots vodka topped with cheese cube, peppadew peppers, celery, carrot stick, & pig newton - rimmed with tajin & hot sauce.
